Our onboarding process looks as follows:
─ INTRODUCTION:
It starts with booking your free strategy call. After we’ve had the opportunity to discuss your current goals, we will send you a custom marketing proposal. Your strategic roadmap to success!
─ COLLABORATION:
When you agree to the proposal, we send over your agreement and the very first invoice. This is a crucial step before we officially start helping you reach your goals. When this is completed, you will receive a welcome package which includes a new client questionnaire, your unique Google Drive folder and so much more!
─ STRATEGY:
Now that the new client questionnaire has been filled in, we will work on your bespoke marketing strategy. This is a detailed document that identifies new opportunities for you to strengthen your brand’s online marketing. When your strategy is complete, we jump on a Kick-Off call to discuss your welcome package. This is followed by your first content calendar. Our ideas, designs and edits are shared with you for approval before we post. Once we’re all set, the first posts go live! -
Absolutely. We create engaging content tailored to your brand, think of blogs, social media posts, videos, and email campaigns.

Yes, we provide branding support, including visual identity design, brand strategy, messaging and more.

Our pricing depends on the scope of the project or the level of ongoing support you need. We offer transparent pricing after assessing your requirements during an initial consultation.

For ongoing services, we typically recommend a minimum of 3 months to see significant results. For one-time projects, there’s no contract period, just a clear timeline and deliverables.

We accept payments via bank transfer. Invoices are issued monthly or upon project milestones, depending on the agreement.
